Monday is the day…

…the day that I will start, yet again, my workout program.  I have been lying to myself for sometime now and its time to end that.  Why lying to myself?, well, because since I bought the cycle I have not been very consistent in its usage, I use it one day, I leave it for two, then go back a it, then leave it again and this has been on and on since I got it.  The reason I stop using it is that I am exercising when I get home from work, so I get home all tired and eager to take a nap or rest a while, so I skip exercise.   So, from Monday on I will wake up earlier and do my routine in the morning, like I used to do before. 

I have like 35 pounds of overweight so in order to be consistent and get rid of the fat I have to come up with doable goals.

  • Loose at least 15 pounds by December.
  • Do at least 30 minutes of cardio PER DAY or more.
  • Eliminate the excess of calories, the goal is to eat at least 1500 per day and not less than 1200.  Eat a balanced diet of proteins and carbs, like I do but without cheating!, and eat LOTS of fruits to eliminate, or diminish the cravings for sugar.
  • Be a little more active, instead of staying home watching movies, lets go to El Yunke again!, or to the beach or the disco to dance or to another walk in Old San Juan
  • BE CONSISTENT!!!!!!!

I think that will do the trick, that was what I did two years ago when I was 290 pounds and got to lower that to 220, but then I started to work and everything went to hell, I gained 20 pounds more for a total of 240 which I am currently at, so fuck it, I am tired of being fat, dammit!
