A few months ago I got feed up with my ISP because of an incident regarding download caps and I ended canceling that account and calling Adelphia to subscribe to their uber high speed internet service.  Ok, fast forward to today.  I still had a contract with the old fuckers so I kept the service for two months until the contract expired a few days ago, now they are calling me to “request”, more like demand, a date so they can go over my home and pick up the equipment.  I told the “nice” lady that I was not available until 6:00PM on weekdays or Saturdays in the weekend and the little fucker had the guts to tell me “I am sorry but our technicians don’t work on weekends or after 5:00PM” to what I replied with an obvious answer.., “I am sorry but if you want to pick up that shit you have to come at a time that I can be there..”, and she said, “Could you leave early from work?”,(AHAHAHAHA!!!, NICE ONE BITCH!!!) and I replied “Will you pay me the day?”, she again “Umm.., no”, Me “Well no…” 

That was the main reason I closed all my contacts with the local telco, shitty service.  You pay a shitload for a service that you barely use and when you need them to go to your house to fix something it has to be on their terms, fuck you!, I pay YOU so you HAVE to go to my house at a time I can be there, under MY fucking terms because I am paying for your fucking service ASSHOLE!
