I am so fucking bored…

Well, classes have started so now every Tuesday I will be trapped inside a classroom from 6:00PM to 9:00AM, I am starting to think that I am a masochist. I wanted to take a break from databases and programming so I took a Multimedia course but that backfired on me and its kicking my ass, why?, because I already took a course like this while doing the BS degree and is almost the same, with the same programs and shit. At first I thought that since this is a Masters degree I would take advanced thingies, but noooo, it’s the same fucking thing, I already know everything here so I am bored as hell…, on the good side, this is an A without much effort.
On to other things…
I am seriously considering buying a new car, I have been looking around, comparing, and making my budget, and I concluded that a Toyota Corolla is the best car for me. It has the best mileage per gallon around –excluding hybrids- and it won’t make a hole in my pocket. The second option is an ECHO, but I despise those cars because they are REALLY ugly. On a third and distant option is the Prius, but its too expensive for me, well, I can pay for it but the payment will be something like $400 to $500 and that’s huge chunk of anyone’s budget unless you are earning a six digit figure. The more I think about getting a new car, the more I want it, so, expect to see my new DarKy mobile pretty soon, maybe November if I don’t get too anxious about it and get it earlier.
I don’t really need to replace my car, but it is starting to give me some problems, and well, it has ten years so I need to get rid of it before it gets worse. I bought it used some four years ago and he, yeah, its a man, has been treating me good giving me a few minor inconveniences, and has never left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. But its time to change him, sooo, bye bye Mr. Peewee.
Some other things…
OMFG!!!, SIX FEET UNDER IS OVER!!!, NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!, and the ending, oh my god!… I am not going to write what I think about it because my BF already did it, and I feel the same way as he, but damn, that is the BEST series finale I have ever seen.

I also liked the ending of Six Feet Under, very original and moving, especially the final 5 minutes of the episode. I agree with what your BF wrote about it in his blog.
I tought that the song heard in the final secuence of the episode was from Tori Amos (since it sounded like her). But after a little research, I found out that the song is called “Breathe Me” from Gia. This is just a trivia in case anyone wants to “get” this song.
Tambien trabajo en la area de sistemas de informacion para una compania de consultoria del mismo campo. Me identifique mucho con las historias que has contado de tu trabajo porque por desgracia es muy comun en esta industria. Yo tengo que tratar con companeros de trabajo “especiales” (check http://www.dilbert.com to see what i mean).
Encontre tu “blog” de casualidad al navegar al site de Orgullo Boricua en la area de discucion de la Parada gay. Me parecio interesante tu comentario. Yo personalmente tampoco asisto a las paradas. Mis amistades cercanos han ido como si se tratase de un rito especial como el “quiceanero” . Me han tratado de convencer en ir pero no he querido. Creo que hay otras maneras de hacerse sentir y sentirse orgulloso de uno mismo, aunque admito que a veces hay que valerse como sea para proteger nuestros derechos. Aunque los tiempos estan mejores ahora a lo que estaban hace 10 anios, aun seguimos viviendo en un mundo de homofobia.

En PR no venden carros que corran con diesel? Acá el Focaman tiene un VW Polo (de la empresa) que es diesel y corren creo que 100km con un galón o algo así… Y casi no se dañan. En par de meses le entregan el Polo del 2006.

Ummm, in wich way cars are suppose to be “fun”?, a car is just for travel, its a tool, and in my case I just use it to go from home to work and back home again, I dont need no fancy-expensive car and I dont need to be pretentious either. All I need is an economic car that works best for me and my pocket, and the Corolla does just that.

COMO QUE LOS ECHO SON FEOS AH!? y créeme, casi no gastan gasolina (lleno un tanque por $20 y me dura casi dos semanas ^_^) … y aceleran cheverongo (wiiiiii) y son dindos y kiut! OK?! >-(

I like driving, I like to drive fast and I’m a pretentious bitch, so I need to have a fun, fast and good looking car.

Diablos… qué raro. O sea, que en PR solamente venden gasolina… y diesel para los camiones y eso… qué duro. Aquí casi todos los carros vienen versión gasolina y versión diesel. Los VW cuando tienen al lado del nombre “TDI” es Turbo Diesel Injection… Y corren bastante. Mi adorado amor puso un VW Touran que alquilamos en 240 sin esfuerzo…

Como soy un cabrón freak, ya invéstigue la canción de 6FU, y es Sia, no Gia. Gia es la supermodelo esa cuera que se murió de una sobredosis.
Y como los cabrones de iTunes no me dejaron bajar la canción (después se quejan de la piratería) chequeé el album de la nena en allofmp3 y está gufiaito. Ella es como la hija de una orgía lésbica entre Dido, Tori Amos, Nelly Furtado y Enya. Todo por $1.33, mientras en iTunes eran $.99 por UNA SOLA. Menos mal que el gift card de iTunes fue gratis.
