Today I had to ask my boss for a sick day, but not because I had an interview on other company, or because I just wanted to have a day off, no, it’s because I have a fucking neck spasm.  I had some minor pain or discomfort yesterday and when I woke up today I was ok, but after a few minutes of waking up the pain got real severe.  It got real bad to the point that I couldn’t dress myself for work.  After trying to dress me I desisted of the idea and crawled back to my bed, but then it got WORST, it got so bad that I spend half an hour trying to get off the bed until I got tired of it and said “aww fuck it this is ridiculous” and jumped off the bed action that gave me the most excruciating pain that I have felt in me entire life. 

Now the pain does not bother me so much, except when I move and that movement puts a weight strain on my back, other than that I am all right.  I took some Panadol and I am using ice to alleviate the pain and it is working sooo I hope this wont be a problem for the weekend.

The cause of this?  I think it has to do with exercise.  Yesterday I did some warm up routine and that might have caused an injury on some back muscle, I am pretty certain of that.  So unfortunately, now exercises will be on hold until my muscle heals because there is no way in hell that I am exercising with his fucking pain.

Anyway, this is the perfect moment to watch all the crap that I have been recording throughout the week with my super duper PRV, things like Jerry Springer!!!, yay!!!
