Week 4

Nothing much to report this week, kept exercising my legs and now I feel they are a little bit stronger than before. For next week I was suppose to re-do the Heart Rate test but I will give one more week to my legs to get even more stronger, and then I will repeat the test.

New weight this week 258.5
