Week 5: The Broken Scale

The same as all other weeks. I am growing tired of the cycle so I might hasten the return to the park.

Averaged a total of 100 calories burned per day at the cycle plus around 18 miles run. Forgot to take note of the calories eaten per day, but it was almost the same as all other weeks.

What else? Ah yeah, my scale broke. Every time I step on it gives me an error (Err), I had to step several times today for it to give me a reading and every reading was different. I wouldn’t mind if the readings were a pound away from each other, but a 10 pound difference on each reading gives me the slight idea that it may be broken, so tomorrow I will check if I still have the receipt to go and change it for a new one, if I don’t find it, well, I might have to get a new one.

The readings it gave me were 259 (which I thing is the correct one) but then it keep fluctuating between 259 and 253. Anyway, I think 259 is the correct reading because it’s closer to last week’s weight, plus, I ate a lot of crap last weekend so an increase in weight is to be expected.

Goals for next week:

  • STAY ON THE FUCKING DIET GODAMMIT!
  • Get a new scale
  • TRY to wake up a little earlier to make ground for visiting the park in the morning
  • If it’s not raining on Saturday, go to El Yunque again, o to a bike park.
