Junk Credit…
Monday, May 8, 2006 @ 4:30 pm by -DS-Puerto Rico’s credit was degraded today from crap to junk by Moody’s Investors, thing that could have huge repercussions on the island finances, infrastructure, investments, etc, etc etc. Everyone feared this but the morons at the government are still arguing about the budget crisis instead of resolving the problem and if things keep going like this something bad is going to happen soon.
My resolution?
Leave the island. My mind is set on that so in a few months I will become a Texan. I love you Puerto Rico but this situation is unsustainable, stressing, and mind draining, and I’m just feed up with it, so fuck you.

Can I get a cheaper Civic ‘06 in Texas?
If so, we leave next week.
May 8th, 2006 at 4:42 pm
Dear Kaiser, EVERYTHING is cheaper on that part of the globe, didint you get the memo?, Puerto Rico is one of the most expensive places to live under the jurisdiction of the USA. So yes, the Civic will be a few THOUSAND dollars cheaper
Dont believe me?, get a quote

Why Texas? The weather :), Florida or California would be a much better option but California has earthquakes and Florida has old people…, hurricanes are not a problem for me since we have those here too.
May 8th, 2006 at 5:04 pm
Texas weather is not so bad and is not so expensive. Add cost of living to the earthquakes in California & add a lot of Boricuas & their Boricua ways to the old people in Florida. Plus, if I have my way, Florida will dissapear from the face of the map soon. Chicago is a great city but it’s too damn cold, & New York is unmanageable…for me at least. You could find a job easily in DC but I have to admit, after living here for 7 years, that it’s kind of boring.

¿Por qué esperar par de meses? Vente ahora.

Texas is HOT during the summers and cold during the winter! I am trying to get out of TX right now.
What part of TX are you thinking of moving to? I am in the Dallas area and I like it, the people can be a bit snoby but there is always something to do. I love Austin, it is so low-key and the people are very liberal.

We’re still doing research. So far those two you mentioned are the top contenders. Especially Austin.
