21 weeks left – The Budget

- Car Shipping – $1200 (actually, its $950 but I need to pay some fines before I’m able to send it)
- Send our crap (computers, game consoles, some other things) – I guess it will be less than the car since they bill by space taken, not weight, so I HOPE it will be like $500 to $800 for six boxes, give or take, I will know better next month when I have the real inventory plus an estimate by the company of how much it will cost. If it is more than that then we just send the computers and consoles.
- Luggage – 4 bags – $??? I guess that will be around $50 ea
- Plane Tickets – $232 for two tickets, we need to go before May 15 otherwise the price will skyrocket.
- Road trip from
Florida toTexas . I am estimating $500, we are going to stay on cheap hotels and eat fast food, nothing fancy. I will have to fill the tank every 250 miles, and it’s a 1116M trip so that means I will have to refuel five to six times, at $25 per fill that’s around $125, plus tax. - Apartment Rent – This one will have to be secured before we put a foot on the plane, I have scouted several places and the rent in the area for what we are looking for is around $600, plus utilities activation and I don’t know how much that is in Texas.
Grand total we need for the trip $3532

Muchas companias de mudanza tienen una cantidad minima de pies cubicos para envio y si son poquitas cosas el precio se infla; pues te cobran como si fuese un envio mas grande. Sale mejor si consigues antes de mudarte tienes la direccion de donde viviras y al menos 1 semana antes te envias las cosas por correo. El maximo de peso son como 60-70 libras y hay un maximo de tamano tambien. Pregunta en el correo mas cercano cuales son las medidas. Te ahorraras mucho mas dinero.
Aparte de que las companias de mudanza se tiran un monton de trucos raros y de momento le cobran a mucha gente hasta por storage y cuatro mierdas mas. Claro, eso si no te botan primero las cosas…

con esa dieta de fast food en el camino,,van a llegar con 20 lb mas a Texas…jajaja
la gasolina ya esta a $3.00 el galon,,asi que ajusta tu presupuesto.
y te dije que averigues priceline para los pasajes,,,a veces consigues tremendas gangas,,,

Bueno, el carro se llena como con 36 litros mas o menos, tengo que verificar la proxima vez que llene el tanque, so eso es mas o menos $27 mas tax asi que no es un graaaan ajuste, espero que de aqui a alla no aumente!!
