It’s been a long time since my last post and several things have changed since then.  My father is doing all right, he had pneumonia and if he had waited longer to get medical help he would have died.  But he is better now and out of the hospital.

Now I can say that America is not so stupid, they made the right decision and I really hope he can make things better for the whole world and that I am glad to be on this country during these historic times.

Puerto Rico is almost Blue (PNP) and I am glad for selfish reasons, my mother will be able to stay working for several more years,  I hope until I get stable enough so I can take care of them, economically speaking.  Other than that, I don’t give a fuck about what happens there.

And last but not less important, I lost my job.  Just after three months of working at Texas Instruments they layoff most of their contractors, about 20% of their work force worldwide.  I am not all that worried because I was able to rebuild my savings so I can stay afloat for several months more until I find a new gig.  Already started sending resumes and might have my first interview next week, so things are not all that bad.

And!!!! I got to see a real autumn! Trees look so beautiful on all those different colors, I might take some pictures this weekend before they lose all the leaves.
